  • Mindfulness & relaxation practices like deep breathing, meditation, bathes, nature, self-compassion + to rest & recharge

  • Journaling to help express what you’re feeling & what you need

  • More support withe the motherload! Ask for help, delegate, therapy, mom community, +

  • Having a designated quiet space at home for retreat when feeling overwhelmed (& headphones if needed)

  • Schedule quiet time for yourself daily (even if it starts with 5-15 mins)

  • Setting clear boundaries on time & schedule, like saying no to additional responsibilities when you feel overextended

  • & more!
